ADDREXX PRIVACY POLICY

Saturn Design Group LLC (“SDG”, “Addrexx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides address validation and address autocomplete services. This Privacy Policy describes how information is processed in connection with those services.
Information Processed
Addrexx operates exclusively on physical mailing address information submitted by merchants or end users for the purpose of validating address deliverability and accuracy.
No Collection or Retention of Personal Information
Addrexx does not collect, store, retain, sell, rent, license, profile, or otherwise use Personal Information. Addrexx does not retain customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment card information, financial information, government-issued identifiers, account credentials, passwords, biometric data, health data, or other information used to identify an individual.
Address Data Usage
Physical address information is processed solely to validate the deliverability and accuracy of a mailing address. Address information is not used for advertising, marketing, behavioral analysis, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to address validation.
Data Retention
Address validation requests are processed solely to provide the requested service and are not retained after processing except as required for transient system operations, security monitoring, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system reliability.
Data Sharing
Addrexx does not sell, rent, license, or otherwise disclose merchant or customer information to third parties except as necessary to provide address validation services, maintain system operations, comply with applicable law, or respond to lawful governmental requests.
Confidentiality
SDG agrees not to disclose confidential merchant information to any third party except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.
Security
SDG maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Compliance
SDG complies with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection laws and platform requirements.
